Dinghy Sailing Report 2011

This season the weather was reasonably cooperative with not many gales or calms, so a large number of the scheduled races were held. In fact, a greater number of races were held in 2011 than in any previous year. This made for an interesting season with some high points and some not so high points!

Dinghy Storage

There are still spaces available for dinghy storage in the fenced off area adjacent to the public car park. The cost of storage is £60 per season. Please contact the Club office if you are interested.

Two thousand and nine was another successful season of growth for the dinghy racing section. 25 boats entered for the three series, and fleets were generally 10 plus for most races.
