Dinghy racing is fast approaching an end at Helford with the last race on 23rd October. Some of us have decided to prolong the season and have decamped to Restronguet for their Frostbite Series and I will keep you posted on how the Helford boats get on. A big thank you to Mark Ibbotson of Henry Cowls Ltd who very kindly sponsored our Dinghy Summer Race Series.

To round off the season we have two dates for your diary which should not be missed! The Dinghy Wash Up meeting on 16th November at 19.00 hrs when we can discuss the highs and lows of 2011 and just as importantly, make plans for 2012. Finally the Dinghy Prize Giving and Supper will be on 3rd December at 19.00 hrs when we can celebrate the season’s victories and have an early Christmas party. I shall email everyone nearer the time with all booking arrangements.
