Boat Watch

Falmouth Boat Watch is now on Facebook…

Our new Facebook page ‘Falmouth Police Boat Watch’ can be used predominantly for information sharing between the marine community and Police to assist us in tackling marine crime. The page will be used to keep interested persons informed of any local marine crime/anti-social behaviour as well as crime prevention advice and can be used by people from the maritime sector to raise any concerns and post direct to the page.

As always you can still email me personally if preferred however our public page can be used to post items publically which may be of interest to others.

Besides Facebook, Boat Watch is on Twitter. Please follow us for updates – @falboatwatch

This is the time of year we typically see an increase in marine crime. Please ensure you take precautions to protect your items with appropriate locks, where possible remove items of value from boats when unattended, security mark items of value and ensure makes, models and serial numbers are recorded. We also have new stock of protective outboard engine covers and microdot marking kits available. These are available from Macsalvors Boathouse and Robin Curnow Outboards.
