If the offer is not accepted the member’s name will be transferred to the bottom of the list.

Pontoon Berths for vessels under 3.25m will be allocated on receipt of the relevant fee, on a first come first served basis. There is currently no waiting list for this area of the pontoon. As a general rule there will only be one pontoon berth per member. Only open boats will be considered for pontoon berths. Sailing dinghies will not be allocated berths on the pontoon.

Dinghy park

The Dinghy Park is available for dinghies, kayaks, canoes and paddleboards. A waiting list operates and is strictly adhered to. Members who wish to join the waiting list should get in touch with the club office. They will get in touch with you when a space becomes available. If the offer is not accepted the member’s name will be transferred to the bottom of the list. Kayaks, canoes and paddleboards can remain in the dinghy park during the winter months but are there at the owner’s own risk. Sailing dinghies must be removed from the dinghy park by the end of October. Dinghies may not be kept in the club car park at any time.

Boat Stickers

Payments for the Pontoon, Dinghy Park and Inflatable Dinghy Rack must be paid no later than March 1st. Any members with unpaid dues after this date will forfeit their berths. On receipt of that payment the boat stickers will be sent by post to the member. ALL vessels on HRSC premises MUST display their current boat sticker. Please note all boat stickers will be numbered and registered for identification purposes. Photos of any vessels not displaying a boat sticker will be posted on the HRSC website.

Jetty

The jetty is for Club Members to launch small boats and carry out minor repairs, between tides. Electricity is provided at the bottom of the ramp. In order to avoid congestion or disappointment, Members wishing to bring their keelboats alongside must book their vessel in the log kept at the Club bar. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, yachts will not be allowed to remain alongside for longer than 24 hours. Boats or cars must not be parked on the top of the jetty at any time, or boats tied alongside other than for short periods.
