Kitchen and bar update

NEWS FROM THE KITCHEN

We are delighted to welcome our new Chef Ciaran to Helford River Sailing Club.

Ciaran is from Cork in Ireland and is passionate about his cooking. His delicious food comes with an amazing Irish Twist.

Please come along and welcome Ciaran and sample his delicious  food.

NEWS FROM THE BAR

Ollie is a fantastic team player who really cares about the club. That being said he couldn’t do it without his fantastic staff. Emily, Lauren, Jenna, Fin, Nancy and Daisy.

We are so grateful to Ollie for all his help in the kitchen recently. He has excelled himself with his delicious Sunday roasts and catering for our sketch club evenings on a Tuesday.  Everyone has really enjoyed his cooking and are really appreciative for all the extra time and effort that he has put in to keep our kitchen up and running for the members!

Ollie and his bar staff can always be relied on to give our members a warm welcome. He has an amazing ability to remember everyone’s tipple and always keeps his beer lines scrupulously clean.

Many thanks to Ollie and Ciaran and their teams for all their hard work over the last few months.
