This week, Andre is preparing cauliflower, leek, and mustard cheese, and his gravy received rave reviews last week, so be sure to join us for a delicious meal. We’ll have topside of beef from Dales, pork, and incredibly flavourful turkey, as well as a walnut and cranberry nut roast. Additionally, we’ll serve Yorkshire puddings, thyme-roasted potatoes, balsamic red cabbage, a winter root vegetable puree, stuffing, red wine-infused gravy, heritage carrots, locally-sourced greens, and parsnips.
